Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing
to the terms and services specified below.
TLDR: I am willing to draw anything other than anything nsfw/erotic involving underage characters and/or babyfurs, and scat pieces.
➡ Commissions are for private use only, commercial licenses sold separately.

✖ 01. Must be 18+ to commission.✖ 02. I am open to drawing absolutely anything except for the following:
➡ explicit NSFW
➡ characters that appear or are under the age of 18 in inappropriate scenarios/poses.✖ 03. Two seperate invoices will be created by the artist (#1 at time of payment and #2 at time of commission completion).
A copy of either can be provided to you (the commissioner) upon request.✖ 04. You (the commissioner) will be shown at least 3 seperate sketches: #1 will be a pose sketch. #2 will be a rough sketch. #3 will be the final sketch before lining.
➡ Sketch #1 will be extremely rough and only for the purpose of determining character placement and pose.
Once the pose has been confirmed, it cannot be changed outside of minor adjustments.
➡ Sketch #2 will be a rough sketch with little details but presents a clear image of who and what will be drawn.
➡ Sketch #3 will be within 75% accurate to what lines will be used for the finished piece and have a very rough, faded coloring to show placement.
➡ Once the final sketch (#3) has been confirmed, only color changes and extremely minor detail adjustments will be accepted.✖ 05. Current accepted payment methods are: e-transfer
Payment for any commisions at the price of 20$ or less must be paid upon confirmation of order. Otherwise, payment must be sent to the artist at any of the following times:
➡ (1) upon confirmation of order,
➡ (2) once the final sketch (#3) has been confirmed, or
➡ (3) 50% when pose sketch (#1) confirmed & 50% when finished commission.✖ 06. Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
➡ (1) the commissioner cancels the work before making payment,
➡ (2) the artist cancels, resulting in the commissioner receiving a full refund for 100% of original price, or
➡ (3) the commissioner cancels the work after payment, resulting in the commissioner receiving 30%-75% of original price. The amount returned will depend on how much work was done on the commission as compensation for time invested in the commission, and may result in the commissioner being refused service by the artist in the future.
✖ ✖ Refunds are not available after the commission has been finished and accepted by the commissioner.✖ 07. By commissioning the artist, you (the commissioner) are agreeing to not (1) edit without permission, (2) trace the finished art (outside of the scope of practice), and (3) remove or alter the signature.✖ 08. While you (the commissioner) are free to use the art for private and personal uses, the copyright of commissioned art is not included with the sale price. The artist retains the rights & copyright of any commissioned art (the art itself, not the subject matter of said art).
➡ Commercial usage is not included in the original sale price and must be purchased separately. This includes for the purpose of making NFTs.
➡ Commercial usage of anything commissioned is allowed through purchasing a license for it from the artist, the price of which is separate from the original price for the commission itself. The price of a license is negotiated on a case-by-case basis between the artist & the commissioner.✖ 09. Upon completion, the commissioner will receive: 1 large resolution file & 1 small resolution file, both of the commissioned art from the artist. Both of these files will have a signature from the artist that does not obscure or otherwise take from the art.
➡ Finished comissions will not be sent before 100% of promised payment has been made.
➡ The artist agrees they will only post/display the commission online under the conditions that it is
➥ (1) clearly watermarked in a way that obstructs the clarity and quality of the art,
➥ (2) in a far lower printing resolution (200 or lower),
➥ (3) sized no larger than 750x750, and
➥ (4) maintains a constant display in a highly visible area of proper credit to the owner;
the name displayed will be chosen by the owner at time of commission, which can include anonymity.✖ 10. Post/preferential edits on a finished commission are not included. Please be as specific as possible when sending the commission and inspecting the initial sketches to ensure nothing is missed, as if it's not on the reference sheet or described then it will not be in the finished result.
➡ The artist will correct anything that is a mistake on their part, given that it was provided as reference material before the commission's completion and approval.
